Integrity Coursework

Integrity: in-teg-ri-ty (noun) 1. Possession of firm principles, the quality of possessing and steadfastly adhering to high moral principles or professional standards 2. Completeness, the state of being complete or undivided 3. Wholeness, the state of being sound or undamaged

To me integrity means doing what I say and saying what I do… no duplicity, no lies, no misleading others, it means being real. This affects my expectations of others in that I also expect them to be people of integrity, although I know not everyone is. In the past, I have had trouble reconciling others’ lack of integrity while I myself have not always been a person of integrity in all things. It is a lofty ideal to strive toward.

Treatment for deeper embodiment of integrity in my daily life
I know that God is all… in all, as all and through all. I know that this One Presence is Infinite Intelligence, Perfect Order, Whole, Complete, and Unified. God is all there is – substance, force, energy, life eternal.

I know that I am one with God, as a living expression of God. I am a particular unique embodiment of God, living and breathing through me as me and as such I live my life as a unique individualization of the Universal Power. All that I am is God as me. My physical body is God expressing as me. My personality is God expressing as me. My know how, intuition and emotions are God expressing as me. Every organ in my body, every function, every cell, every atom is God expressing as me individually. I visualize myself as a perfect expression of God, complete with a blue aura emanating from my physical body, and know that God is here… blessing and healing me, expressing through me and living life through me.

God is the Perfect Embodiment of integrity. God is unified, whole, complete, and whole. There is no part of God which turns against itself; if this were to happen, the universe would cease to be in balance and existence itself would end. God is Integrity and I am a perfect individualization of God as a person of integrity. I do what I say and say what I do. I am always honest with myself first, and with others as a matter of course. Any part of me that seems to want to stray from integrity is null and void… that part of my thinking and feeling is over. All that is left is perfect integrity. If I feel the urge to stray, I immediately recognize this intrusion of ego and let it go. This practice keeps me in integrity now and always. I give thanks for my God given integrity. I appreciate the goodness that integrity brings me now and always.

I give thanks for the strong sense of self integrity brings, along with strong meaningful relationships which require integrity.

I release this word into the Law, knowing that it returns to me immediately as a done deal! It is done and I do not feel the need to wonder or worry or be concerned about it anymore. And so it is.
